The purpose of this position is to optimize the economic impact of convention and leisure visitors to Portland by collecting, developing, maintaining, and disseminating research findings, recommendations and actionable insights. This position will require a strong working relationship with departments within Travel Portland, as well as the Oregon Convention Center, our hotel community and other key partners. This position will rely primarily on a strong analytical skill set, along with the ability to communicate results effectively. To apply for this position visit www.travelportland.com. Bachelor’s Degree with major course work in marketing, statistics, mathematics, economics or business administration required
A minimum of 5 years of experience conducting business related research, interpreting findings, and presenting results to senior staff members
Previous leadership experience required
